CCWB or Capital City Wealth Builders is another excellent Real Estate investing club in Sacramento CA. that brings in big name speakers who share tips and techniques on how to be successful in this business.

This club is a great place to network and meet other like minded people.
One of the things I like about this club is that after the meeting, Tapan will buy the guest speaker dinner, and/or drinks in the restaurant upstairs. CCWB Meetings follow the same general format each month:
– 6:30-7:30 pm: Come early for NETWORKING
– 7:30-9:30 pm: MAIN MEETING (including market updates, live investor profiles, a one-hour            speaker presentation, and much more)
– 9:30 pm – On: Stay after for MORE NETWORKING
